This unit appears to contain…This unit is packed full of what appears to be household items. Some of the items we can see include but are not limited to the following: furniture, mattresses, vacuum cleaner, clothes baskets, and many boxes.
WINNING AUCTION TOTAL MUST BE PAID WITH A CASHIER'S CHECK, MONEY ORDER, or DEBIT/CREDIT CARD! 72-hour clean-up (workdays only). No dumpster privileges, $100.00 cleaning deposit IS REQUIRED FOR ACCESS AND CAN BE PAID WITH CASH, CASHIER'S CHECK OR MONEY ORDER. (you must clear the storage COMPLETELY out and leave it clean in order to receive your cleaning deposit back). Items must be picked up between the hours of 9am-5pm Monday-Friday only. You must check in at the rental office first. IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS, YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO PICK UP ANY ITEMS. Items not picked up within the allowed time frame will be disposed of.
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (AAA SELF STORAGE) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
