This unit appears to contain…This unit is full of lots of household items, cookware in good condition, furniture, leather cushions and chairs, cleaning supplies, lots of large plastic tubs (contents unknown, silk plants, coolers, fishing poles, a large, long wicker basket, tv, leather bag, some type of wood car or cart (in back of unit and we couldn't get to. Sweeper. Lots of totes that were in the back. The unit seems very clean and the contents are in good condition.

Cash or Money Order ONLY. 72-hour cleanout. No Dumpster privileges. Call ahead for time to come and clean out. Hours 8:30-5:00 Monday-Saturday. $200 cleaning deposit.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Jim's Plank Road Storage) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
