This unit appears to contain…1965 White 2-door Buick Skylark. Body appears to be in original condition. Chrome bumpers all in tact. Seats were covered but appear to be original and in like new condition where covering was removed. The original title and manuals are still with the car. This is an amazing find for a lucky collector. No Keys were found. Engine hood not opened. Trunk not opened.

$100 Cleaning Deposit required. 48 Hrs Clean out. Picture of cleaned out facility must be submitted for deposit refund. Buyer will receive all paperwork to apply for a new, blue Texas title.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Lake Fork Boat & Mini Storage) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
