Storage Kingdom Auction Terms
72 Hour cleanout. Upon winning auction and paying storage auctions the buyer will contact Storage Kingdom to pay a cleanout fee of $100 on credit/debit card refundable when unit is broom swept clean. Unit can be accessed anytime between 9 am and 2 pm Monday - Friday during regular office hours cash for winning bid will be due upon arrival for cleanout of units. Must have units emptied and cleaned out by 4 pm. All auctions are as is and final. Buyer is responsible for any property damaged caused by them or any associate with them while on site. Storage Kingdom is not responsible for any personal injuries while bidder or bidders associates are on site. Current Tennants Cannot purchase Their units. Leaving items on site will ban bidder from any future auctions. Dumpster is available on site for an additional charge contact office for cost. All sales are final
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Storage Kingdom) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
