Maxi Mini Storage Auction Terms
PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BID Contact the facility immediately when auction ends to schedule a time to arrange payment for and pick up of the unit contents. Maxi Mini Storage has the final say on all issues including whether to refuse a bid if a bidder has disrupted an auction or violated our Terms of Use. PAYMENT AND TERMS Buyers must be at least 18 years old to bid. You must have a Paid Invoice in order to pick up unit contents. You must provide a valid Photo I.D. to the Site Manager. A $100 refundable cleaning deposit will be charged. ONLY CASH is accepted for payment. LOCKING THE UNIT: You must bring your own lock to secure the unit. PICK UP AND DISPOSAL: You must remove all contents and broom sweep the unit within the required cleanout time. There are NO dumpsters or garbage cans on site. YOU MUST TAKE EVERYTHING FROM THE UNIT WITH YOU. Please advise the manager once you have completely emptied the unit. The manager will inspect that the unit is clean and then refund your cleaning deposit.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Maxi Mini Storage) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
