A1 Storage - 3560 Hwy 127 South Auction Terms
Office Address is 726 Hwy 70 E Crossville, TN 38555 Mon.- Fri. 8 am-5 pm. You must pay for the unit during office hours. There is a $100 deposit/cleaning fee required up front in cash. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. EXACT CASH ONLY! You will have 48 hours to clean out the unit. We will give you a code for the lock on the unit. NO Dumpster Privileges. Bidder must clean out the unit completely or you will be blocked from bidding in future auctions and you will not be reimbursed your deposit/cleaning fee! After you clean the unit out, return to the office with the lock and picture/video proof that the unit is empty and clean to collect your refund.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (A1 Storage - 3560 Hwy 127 South) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
