A queen or king-sized mattress and box spring, still protected in clear plastic wrapping, lean against the right wall alongside a black metal bed frame. In the foreground, a white wooden desk or shelving unit holds a black printer, a wooden storage box, and various stationery items. The shelves below contain multiple black storage cases and stacks of papers or books. To the left, a red plastic gasoline canister is visible near an overturned tan plastic chair and a white laundry basket. Must be ready to pay for the auction with a Credit or Debit Card Must also pay $100 for the cleaning fee deposit with the same Credit or Debit Card The deposit will be refunded after we confirm the unit is clean and no trash was left behind There are no dumpster privileges so everything inside the unit must be taken away 72 Hour-Clean-Up timeframe Access hours are from 7 AM to 9 PM Must call to schedule their visit before heading to the property Any damage done to the facility will cancel the cleaning deposit refund The combination lock on the unit MUST BE RETURNED or left in the same unit as found
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Curio Storage DeSoto) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
