Bay Meadows Mini Storage Auction Terms
1.The seller reserves the right to cancel any bid if the seller deems that the bid is unreasonable 2. Items are sold as is and without a warranty. 3. The bidder acknowledges that they are bidding on ALL items and that ALL Items must be moved out of unit by successful bidder within 72 hours of auction. 4. A cleaning deposit of $100 is required. Unit must be completely cleaned out. 5. No on site dumpster privileges. All sales are final. Successful bidders must pay in cash and check in with on site manager. 6. ALL SALES ARE FINAL 7. Successful bidders must contact the manager (Lena Smith, 479-229-1441) to obtain access to the unit(s) 8. All sales are CASH 9. No refunds on unit sales. 10. If items are not removed from unit(s) within 72 hours from the sale date, the buyer agrees to sign a rental agreement for the unit and pay the current monthly rent, per rental agreement. 11. All successful bidders must provide photo identification to pick up auction items. 12. Bidder acknowledges that Tenant has up to close of the auction to pay their account in full for each unit. At that time, Bidder acknowledges that auction is canceled. 13. Should Bidder find personal papers/ and or pictures in the unit(s) they purchased, Bidder agrees to turn those items over to the mini storage management.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Bay Meadows Mini Storage) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
