Paris Storage Center Auction Terms
*100.00 Cash Cleaning Deposit Required (refunded once unit is clean of all debris and items) *Immediate payment Cash only . No checks. No Credit cards *48 Hour Cleanup, Winning bidders must completely empty the unit of all contents and dispose of them properly. No Dumpster Privileges *All items sold "as is, where is" no warranties. *All sales are final, and there are no refunds or exchanges. *Buyers must return any found personal documents, photos, and other sensitive items to the facility management. *Failure to comply can result in forfeiture of deposit and contents of unit.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Paris Storage Center) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
