775075- U Haul Moving & Storage of ES Montgomery Auction Terms
PLEASE READ IN FULL BEFORE BIDDING Effective 02.01.2026 All auction winners must leave a cash deposit plus the full amount owed at the store. Deposits are no more than $200.00. The deposit will be refunded once the unit is completely emptied and cleaned. Buyer has 24 hours to pay the StorageAuctions.com invoice. Buyer has 48 hours from the time the unit is won to pay UHaul and 48 business hours to completely clean out the unit. Payment at the location is Cash or Debit only. No checks are accepted. Taxes will be added at the facility unless valid tax exempt documentation is provided. Any personal documents or photos belonging to the previous customer must be left at the store office. A box will be provided. UHaul equipment such as dollies, pads, etc. found in the unit is NOT part of the sale and must remain on site. No dumpster privileges. No reuse room or area privileges. ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING MUST GO. Items left behind will result in being BLOCKED from future auctions. If the unit is not fully emptied within the stated time frame, the buyer will forfeit the right to the unit and deposit then be BLOCKED for future auctions.
Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (775075- U Haul Moving & Storage of ES Montgomery) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
