On the floor level, multiple mattresses including a blue floral patterned one are leaning against each other alongside a dark, possibly black, headboard or furniture panel. The upper shelving area holds a dark wood cabinet with a decorative carved front, a teal plastic laundry basket, clear plastic storage bins, and assorted loose items. Also visible on the shelves is a red tool chest, a piece of black equipment with multiple wheels or circular plates, and a red machine with a silver handle or nozzle that resembles a vintage gas pump or similar device. In another area, a dark wood shelving or hutch piece is tilted diagonally, resting near a folded white metal frame and what looks like a black bag or fabric with a colorful skull design. All items are sold as is, where is and the buyer must remove all contents from the unit.

Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (Self Storage Somerset) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
