This unit appears to contain…This storage unit is filled with a large assortment of furniture and household electronics including a white wooden hutch with glass doors a tall dark wood bookcase and an Apple iMac computer in its original box. The space is packed with various storage solutions such as green and blue plastic totes numerous cardboard boxes and several bags including a tan duffel bag and a black suitcase with a pink tag. Other visible items include an office chair a small black space heater a metal rolling cart containing a colorful knit blanket and what appears to be a bubble mate foot bath box. Deeper in the unit there are additional furniture pieces such as a wooden table or desk and a black vintage style speaker cabinet. All items are sold as is, where is and the buyer must remove all contents from the unit.

Schedule your cleanout for 3 days and you will be instructed to text pictures of your unit cleaned out. Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility (U-Store Storage) reserves the right to cancel or postpone auction in its sole discretion, including for (but not limited to) compliance with applicable lien and other laws and regulations.
All bids on the site are in $10 increments.
There is a non-refundable auction fee for purposes of the staff, paperwork and other logistical expenses to undertake the auction equal to the greater of (i) $10 or (ii) 15% of the unit sale price at auction.
Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged a down payment of 10% of the unit sales price as a deposit that will be applied toward payment of the unit sales price.
Once the initial payment is collected you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid directly to the facility. You must have an invoice in order to access the unit.
Buyers must follow the facility’s auction terms. Auction terms are not created by StorageAuctions.com.
StorageAuctions.com does not allow last second bids to win. Bidding in the last two minutes will reset the time clock to 2 minutes, then an additional bid(s) will reset the 2-minute timer.
All sales are final and considered “as is.” Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.
Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters privileges unless location specified.
Failure to fully completely clean out the unit will result in penalties.
