UNIT 151 AT TOPCITY STORAGE 

LOCATED AT 4600 SOUTH TOPEKA BLVD. TOPEKA KS 

The contents of the following units will be offered at public sale, of all contents in the storage units listed below for the collection of delinquent charges incurred if the account has not been settled on or before 8/26/22

The sale will take place on Storageauctions.com 

DETAILS OF THIS UNIT:  10x5 unit appears to have household goods inside, which includes but is not limited to boxes of household goods. 

This is to inform the buyers prior to the sale that:

1)    TopCity Storage reserves the right to cancel any sale.

2)    Buyer acknowledges that Buyer is bidding on all items within the unit and all items must be removed and the unit must be cleaned.

3)    When the buyer has been awarded the unit, they must pay for the unit in the amount of the bid.

4)    The buyer must remove the goods within a twenty–four (24) hour period or the Buyer must sign a lease agreement for said unit and pay the current month’s rent in full.

5)    It is the Buyer’s responsibility to immediately return all personal property, papers, photos, legal documents, tax records, bank statements, year books, etc.., to TOPCITY for return to the tenant in the future.

6)    The Buyer acknowledges that in certain circumstances TOPCITY, may contact the Buyer and request items be purchased back in order to prevent any court action with said tenant, and the Buyer agrees to be responsible in selling back those items which may still be in the buyers possession at a reasonable price.

7)    The Buyer further acknowledges that if a tenant should come into the office and pay said account current and Buyer has not removed the contents in its entirety from the facility that TOPCITY STORAGE, will return tenant’s property and return the buyers payment in full.

8)    This agreement pertains to this and all future sales this buyer attends at any TOPCITY facility, until such time that the buyer cancels the agreement.
