NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE:   The occupant(s) identified below are in default of their storage unit rental agreement with Clifton Self Storage, LLC for a period in excess of thirty (30) days prior to the publication date of this notice.

Pursuant to Colorado Lien Law 38.21.5.101 through 38.21.5.105 the contents of the storage units identified below shall be sold to the highest bidder with the proceeds generated from said sale being applied first to the cost of sale, then to the default rent with any excess being returned to the occupant. Clifton Self Storage, LLC will hold a Public Lien Sale using online auctions to be advertised at www.storageauctions.com with bidding to start on March 19^th 2026 and end on or after March 31^st 2026 at 11:00 am.
